About the Founder
SRO LIVE is the brain child of Stephen Michael. Stephen has more than 35 years experience as a live-event music producer, having had the rare opportunity to work with many of the top touring and recording artists of the 1970s, 80s and 90s in association with the Concord Jazz Festival. (He made his living as a musician, guitar and back up vocals, until he was 27.) As an aspiring young producer, he was mentored by the best event manager in the music business, ever - the legendary, Bill Graham.
