Local Music Promoters

Our local music promoters must be well-connected to the regional music scene, as their main responsibility will be to sign, book and promote local bands (all types of music) for www.srolive.com. Bands will perform at selected venues state-wide, and include "The Covellite Theater," in Butte Montana.

All over the world, we are building superb, state of the art sound stage recording facilities that will serve as unique community venues for musical, artistic and educational presentations. Our promoters will build and develop relationships with regional artists and sign, book and promote them to music-loving audiences all over Montana.

Other Qualifications: We are looking for people who are above all else - honest. You must have integrity and a pleasant, outgoing personality. You must also have a neat physical appearance; basic computer skills are preferred. A passion for music, and the ability to communicate effectively are more important than educational attainment. Some college is preferred, but not necessary.

Must haves are self-motivation, organization, persistence, independence, and the ability to multitask. These are all required because our promoters will set their own schedules and perform their duties with weekly, not daily, supervision. Creativity also is an invaluable trait for our promoters, who must come up with new ways to attract bands, while promoting existing ones.

Sales People

We are seeking entry-level sales people who have a passion for music and want to sell tickets and music merchandise to the concert-going public for our shows in Montana. Make $20-30/day, part-time, or $40-50/day, full-time. Work from home or in the field; we are credit-card enabled to enhance our representative's ability to close sales quickly and easily.

This is a ground floor opportunity that may lead to advancement depending on individual performance. We provide on-the-job training with one-on-one coaching performed by an experienced sales manager at our weekly training courses in one of our centrally-located performing arts theaters. Sales representatives with proven leadership abilities and a strong sales record will be selected for advancement opportunities to supervisory and managerial positions. Promotion may occur quickly as our company grows internationally.
